Lost Package?

Lost packages are always possible. For more information on our shipping policy, please see our Shipping&Returns page. If you think your package may have been lost during shipping or if you believe some other factor is the result of not receiving your order, please fill out our contact form and we will do our best to figure out a solution.


We take the time and effort to ensure that all materials used to create our pieces are of the utmost quality. Our careful inspection process aims to identify and remove any damaged materials and remove them from production. Despite this, we understand there is a small chance of these materials still be used and therefore creating a damaged product. 

If you believe that you have received a damaged product, please fill out our contact form and we can help you with the next steps and/or replacement products. 

*Note* - Damaged products do not apply to changes in fabric colour based on improper care or washing. Please see our Washing Instructions page for more details.
