Shipping & Returns


All scrunchies are hand sewn by our local artisanals with love and care. This means orders may take 2-5 business days to process before being shipped. This time frame may be shorter or longer depending on the size of your order, level of stock and/or busy seasons.

We hate waste! Therefore, we do not include paper invoices in our shipments. All order confirmations and shipments details will be received via email. 

blou is not responsible for miss-shipments due to incorrectly provided information by the buyer. 

Delivery times are provided upon checkout and are estimated times only. Delivery time does not include our 2-5 processing days. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Once in the hands of our shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control. This includes but is not limited to: arrival times, lost packages based on incorrect shipping information, and courier/postal delays. 


All products, excluding sale items, are eligible for returns within 14 days of the shipping date. Once we have received your returned package, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds will be in the amount of product value only. Refund does not include original shipping costs.

Due to the nature of our products, products must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached in order to be considered for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and not covered by blou.
